Shadow Store Book Incentives

Looking for ways to motivate your students to earn books? We found three teachers who have some ideas to share!

• Saima, LC at Faubion, requires her students to choose one book (free of charge!) before they may begin shopping.
• Abernethy's LC teacher, Lori, allows any student who earns a fidget to choose a free book.
• LaShell, Markham's LC teacher, requires all students to budget $15 Shadow Bucks towards one book during every shopping session.

How do you think your students who respond to any of these ideas? Share your thoughts in the comments!
